OnceSwapYour payment is held by Stripe — not by the freelancer, and not by us. The finished files stay locked until you approve them.
Scope, rate and deadline stated once. Nothing to sign, nothing to negotiate over email.
The money is held by Stripe — not by the freelancer, and not by us. The freelancer cannot touch it.
Files unlock and payment releases. If you do not respond within 72 hours, approval is automatic.
Once you have worked with a freelancer here, you can ask them for a quote directly from your dashboard — no email thread, same protection. Nothing is agreed until they quote and you choose to fund it.
Every project includes revision rounds, agreed up front. If the delivery misses the mark, you request a revision — the freelancer resubmits, and a fresh review window opens. Your money does not move.
If you flag a problem during review, the project enters dispute and the funds stay held by Stripe while an operator examines the full event record — a hash-chained log in which no entry can be altered after the fact without the alteration showing. Nothing releases until the dispute is resolved. Opening a dispute requires a refundable deposit — 10% of the project, between 100.00 SEK and 850.00 SEK. If the work was not what the project described, you get the deposit back in full along with your payment. If it was, the deposit goes to the creator for the delay. OnceSwap keeps none of it either way. It exists so that a claim costs something to make — which is what makes it worth taking seriously when you make one.
