A freelancer whose work is disputed is asked to explain, and has 24 hours. An honest mistake has a route back: post a deposit, upload the correct files, and the client reviews them normally. Silence ends it — the client is refunded automatically.
Deliberate misdelivery ends the account
Where the delivered work does not match what was promised and no credible explanation is given, the client is refunded in full and the account is permanently suspended. The finding stays in the record.
The record cannot be quietly revised
Every step — delivery, file hashes, the dispute, the ruling — is written to a hash-chained ledger that neither party nor OnceSwap can alter after the fact. Both sides can download and verify their own copy.
